Love your podcast!! Have listened for a while, and as an OCR addict, so glad I found this. It’s my go-to for workout listening (too much Nickleback at the gym). I listened to the most recent Joe D episode Wednesday (1/20/16). Good thing I don’t listen to the podcast for football advice 😀 Go Panthers!!!

Hey Matt, great podcast as usual! Random question, there was a “Get Shaun T to do a Spartan Race” thing going on back in the Fall, any word if that has happened yet?
