Today, we were made aware that Terrain Race has canceled or postponed 3 of 4 events scheduled for June of 2023.
A man who planned on attending a Georgia race set to take place this Saturday posted on Facebook that his event was no longer happening in Lake Lanier. He assured us that he has not received an email from the company.
Terrain’s website currently states:
“Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are forced to postpone this event on Saturday, June 17th. Not to worry, we have rescheduled Terrain Race to take place on Sunday, October 15th“
We then went to Terrain’s website to find another event scheduled for the same weekend in Ohio has been postponed until 2024.
However, no date is currently listed for the future Cleveland event.
A third event, scheduled near Tampa, on June 24th, was also canceled. We can not find any verbiage on Terrain’s website or social media pages for the reasons given or if any refunds are available for that Florida event.
While searching Terrain Race’s Instagram pages for additional information, we found comments by other consumers who appear to be upset at Terrain Race
We have previously written about Terrain Race, and its parent company Cool Events.

Cant imagine why…those constant free race ads just screamed quality/fun race. DOH! Too bad since the original owners were really cool people. 🙁
