Event 2 – USAF PAST (Physical Ability and Stamina) Test – AKA No Guts No Glory
•Component 1: 2 minutes AMRAP
8 pull-ups. 40 push-ups. 50 sit-ups.
• Component 2: 1.5-mile run
Under 10 minutes and 20 seconds
• Component 3: Swim
2 X 25 underwater meter swims
1 X 500-meter swim under 12:30
