Starting off, Matt interviews 3 podium finishers from the recent BADASS Dash in Georgia. First up, Devin Caster and Andrew Grizzle who finished 2nd and 3rd. We got their feelings on the course shortly afterwards. Matt then talked to Yuri Force, who has been tearing up all of his local OCRs for a few years. The week after this interview, he would finish 2nd at the Saturday Carolina Spartan Sprint.
Then, guest broadcaster Kaitlin Stein interviews Margaret Schlachter. Margaret has been on the show numerous times, and we were excited to have her back to talk about her new book.
