staying warm at world's toughest mudder

We present a five-episode series on how to best prepare for World’s Toughest Mudder.

Jason Rulo has been going to WTM since 2012. He has competed 9 times as an individual and once as a team and is a 75-mile finisher. He’s a sports performance trainer and has a BS in exercise science. He’s also got NASM, ACSM, and ISSN certifications.

Matt B. Davis has also been to WTM every year since 2012. He’s covered the event for Tough Mudder, and Obstacle Racing Media and has been deep behind the scenes and in the mud. He’s interviewed at least 100 top athletes and average racers along the way. He even snuck in 50 miles in 2016.
