Matt, in that audio clip from the start line you played, he was obviously talking about the end of the obstacle. He even said it “looks very tempting to swing off the END of it” and talked about ringing the bell at the end. He said nothing about not being able to jump to the rope at the start.
Cobl said you have to jump in the water at the end. He didnt say in the beginning
