Emma Cook-Clarke

OCR Champion Faye Stenning and Olympian Jess O’Connell, are bringing their coaching platform to the Obstacle Racing Media family of podcasts.

Emma Cook-Clarke is new to the OCR scene but no stranger to running, strength, mountains, and adventure. This sure sounds like a good fit! Emma tells us about her journey through sport and how she balances OCR training with her job as a firefighter and her passion for all outdoor pursuits. Emma also talks about being part of the OCR Dream Team and the community it’s fostering and she dishes all about her first OCR race – her expectation vs reality, what intimidated her and what was a breeze, and where she’ll go from here!
