We are joined with Spartan’s “Mind Doctor” Dr. Lara Pence. Lara is a licensed clinical psychologist whose clientele includes elite athletes and corporate executives. Lara is the Chief Wellness Specialist for Spartan and will be starring in the “No Retreat: Business Bootcamp” show with Joe Desena on CNBC next month.
