• Zone 2: Weighted Burpees

20 burpees – 20lbs men/14 lbs women

• Zone 3: Sled Push

50 Meters – 190lbs men/160 lbs women

• Zone 4: Farmer’s Carry

50 Meters – 250lbs men/170 lbs women

• Zone 5: Ski Erg

500 Meters

Zone 6: Pull-Ups

12 men/8 women

Zone 7: Row

500 Meters

• Zone 8: Deadlifts

10 reps – 225 lbs men/165 lbs women

• Zone 9: Fan Bike

25 calories

• Zone 10: 5 squats + 10 meter carry

4 rounds of 110lbs men/77 lbs women

Event 2 USAF PAST (Physical Ability and Stamina) Test – AKA No Guts No Glory

•Component 1: 2 minutes AMRAP

8 pull-ups. 40 push-ups. 50 sit-ups.

Component 2: 1.5-mile run

Under 10 minutes and 20 seconds

Component 3: Swim

2 X 25 underwater meter swims

1 X 500-meter swim under 12:30

Event 4 – Spartan Cross

13.1-mile trail race. Athletes must wear 5.11 weight vest for the first two miles.
